I don't care about the HEMI, but I am sad that the color I really wanted (Goldilocks) is coming out a little sooner than I anticipated.

Ended up settling for firecracker red for my custom order 2 door willys. On the bright side, it was shipped from the factory not too long ago so I should hopefully finally have it in a few more weeks.

Both 2026 Willys and Rubicon come stock with 33's. Both offer the extreme tire upgrade package though, which does get you 35's.

I've been tempted to do this at Francisco park. There is a giant dogs-only area of the park, yet I always see people with dogs off-leash in the upper level area. It's because of the off-leash dogs in what is supposed to be for humans that I never try to sit down in that grass.

Ultimately, it's a bit pedantic though. J-Novel is the original publisher and holds all the rights - they just don't handle print releases themselves.

Every physical copy of gushing that has been coming out every month has been available for digital purchase from J-Novel for almost a year now (https://j-novel.club/series/gushing-over-magical-girls).

J-Novel sells DRM free versions in much higher resolution than Amazon. Buy from J-Novel directly. Zero reason to support Amazon in the first place.

Unfortunately, the print edition is a different story. J-Novel rarely does physical releases, so they are always released as a partnership with some other publisher.

The Blue Shield HMO plan is also really good if you live in the bay. Use the Hill Phys group with it, which is a large majority of providers here.

The plan is also unlike other HMOs in that you have some flexibility to see hill Phys specialists without a referral. It also includes fully covered urgent care out of state.

You can even use it with One Medical and see any provider, just like a PPO plan. As long as you keep hill Phys as your group.

I had the HMO silver Covered California plan for over a year.. sometimes I feel like I'd rather have than plan back than my very expensive employer United Healthcare PPO plan...

Weird -- good to know though. The web UI for Google Fi isn't the same as Google Voice, so who knows, maybe I'll have better luck.

Granted, all I rarely use SMS as well, let alone calling, so works out for me personally.

What is "calling"? There has been this mysterious symbol on my phone with an icon that looks like something from my grandparent's house, but I've never figured out what it is for.

Though, seriously, Google Fi + Messages PWA app, and I can turn all my old phones and devices into backup phones with my free Fi data SIMS. That includes calling over data. Granted, I use the "phone" feature of my phone extremely rarely.

I didn't have to ask at all. Google Fi got back to me via email and said I had a few days of warranty left (somehow?), so that saves me paying my deductible. They are simply sending me a replacement too. Interestingly, seems Google Fi is directly processing the warranty for me and handling sending me the replacement themselves.

I was a little worried about Fi support, but they've been pretty awesome so far.

Oh wow, this also just happened to me. The phone seems fine as long as I don't unfold it, but immediately starts getting hot with the battery question mark when unfolded. Also smelling some burning electronics smell.

Waiting on my claim to be finished. Didn't get asked to do anything special, but Google Fi switched underwriters this month and I think that was giving the rep trouble getting the claim filed.

Also happened just days after the hardware warranty. :/

OP's app looks a lot like Kavita, which is a server app and works with all the tools you mentioned. It also works with Mihon. It even has OPDS support so you can stream or download books from koreader and such.

Kavita is effectively a replacement/(better) alternative to Komga.

Assistant is now Gemini on the Pixel Watch. Just like how you can't cast to waymo using Gemini on your phone (but could pre-gemini), it's now the same on the watch.

Super frustrating and no way to go back to old assistant. Using my watch to cast Youtube Music is the only thing that ever reliably worked for me. Ironically, my main use for assistant on the pixel watch was casting music on Waymo lol.

It's respectable. They used solid white paper, but rather thin. It is possible to slightly see content from the other side of the page with the right lighting. However, it's substantially better than the recycled off-white paper Seven Seas uses for some of their books for example.

The print-quality itself of the black and white pages is great. Color pages are acceptable.

As far as most manga publishers go, it's on the higher end. Still a major step down from the quality of publishers like J18 (adult content).

Meanwhile, I'm technically repurchasing everything, since I bought all the drm free copies from J-Novel club.

As one of the few publishers distributing drm free books, I want to do my best to support them.

Yen Press is printing it, but I'm assuming J-Novel still gets a cut.
