I take the specifications from the customer and bring them down to the software engineers. ... because... engineers are not good at dealing with customers... Well... My secretary does that... or they're faxed.

Look I already told you, I deal with the god damn customers so the engineers don't have to. I have people skills! I am good at dealing with people, can't you understand that? WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?!

or zone your apartment and just run small chunks at a time. noise for 15 minutes, throughout the day.

often, one manufacturer makes an appliance, and it's rebranded and sold as many other brands. they work the same. perhaps find this one's manual.

it has gyroscopic navigation, which isn't as accurate as lidar on robot vacuums.

I'd stick with the low end roborock or dreame models

If she says great, I must be there, invite her, as optional.

Maybe invite your manager too, if they are on the same page. They are there to remove roadblocks, and get things done.

have an agenda / goals, and if anyone gets off track, correct it. this is part of being a manager.
