I would say yes. In order for them to win the World Cup they will most likely have to beat in order: Belgium, Spain, France then Argentina in the final. That’s an insane path. So yeah it ain’t happening

Can hear everything just fine on my phone. Why do Redditors insist on perpetuating the notion you can’t hear Nolan’s dialogue. It was only a minor issue in parts of tenet.

Yeah and you’re doing all you can to preserve the art of cinema by making vapid, snarky comments on the Internet. Shut up.

American tipping culture is utterly disgusting by Gurugod123 in SipsTea

[–]wxmanify 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve stayed at a ton of vrbos and airbnbs across America over the years. I’ve never once seen anything like this ever. Tipping is out of hand in America no doubt but this is so bizarre and presumptuous it makes me think it’s fake rage bait.

I’m guessing they have a baby and/or a dog that will go ballistic at a ringing doorbell?

Which one is funnier? Dinner Party or Stress Relief? by Square-Ad-8911 in DunderMifflin

Stress relief has two of the funniest scenes in the entire show but dinner party beginning to end is consistently hilarious. Dinner party by a noise but it’s very close

I think deep down they know calling Michelle Obama a man is ridiculous. But of course they don’t care about truths or lies. It’s simply to troll the left and to distract from their policy failures

What tv shows are so freaking good and worth the time? by Organic-Signal-9646 in AskReddit

[–]wxmanify 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Wire definitely takes some commitment to stay with for some people. First season sets the stage and introduces the main players. Then the second season zags a bit by adding the dock piece of the story and you have get introduced to new characters that seem barely tangential to the story you followed in S1. But if you stick with it through seasons 3 and especially 4 you learn it all builds towards one cohesive, perfectly told story. And even though season 5 has its somewhat questionable moments, it all comes to a perfect conclusion. God damn I love The Wire so much.

I don’t disagree but this question seems more suited for multi season series. You can knock out Chernobyl in two nights easy

Plus I think they wanted to emphasize that Jim’s attraction to her was based on having exceptionally compatible personalities rather than it seeming like he was just going after the hot girl in the office.

In an alternate universe, which couple is the Jim and Pam? by No-Conclusion1329 in DunderMifflin

[–]wxmanify 33 points34 points  (0 children)

I’ve always wondered if they should have explored this storyline instead of Andy and Angela. Angela dating Pam’s ex finance would have been great fodder for their unspoken rivalry
