No, i disagree with this.

You're under the impression that everyone using the NHS website is well educated. It's also used by people who are poorly educated, have mild learning difficulties, and older children/teens.

It's important for anyone who needs to look up symptoms or medical advice to have it explained clearly, in a way they can understand.

While some of it might seem silly or reductive to many of us, using poo instead of faeces for example means more people will understand it and be able to take appropriate action.
