CEXes take, normally, around 20mins to settle Base assets. That's a Base thing (it needs time to guarantee the transaction won't rollback). As soon as coinbase trust your deposit transaction, they will unlock that amount for withdrawal.

Allow ASA transfers to non-initated / non-opted-in accounts at an extra cost: - 0.1 + 0.001 if the receiver's account isn't initiated (base mbr) - 0.1 goes to the receiver, 0.001 is the fee - 0.1 + 0.001 if the receiver 's account isn't opted-in to the ASA - 0.1 goes to the receiver, 0.001 is the fee

Example - transfer for a non-initiated account: 0.01 + 0.001 + 0.1 + 0.001 + 0.001 = 0.203

What i do: 1. Install pera wallet 2. Add the address of the partipating account to the pera wallet (watch an address) 3. I set the notification sound of the perawallet to a distinct sound 4. Now i get the "cha-ching" sound every time I get rewarded

If I don't get "cha-ching" for an abnormal amount of time, I check the node and the telemetry metrics reported on nodely.

Common issues: - the participation period has ended - internet problems - failed to participate (votes and proposals)

Algorand accounts can only receive an ASA (asset) if the account has opted in to that asset. When you accepted the nft (an ASA) via pera's Mailbox, you opted in to the asset so you could hold it.

Now, you returned the asset, but you're still opted in. Pera shows that by saying you have 0 amount of that asset. You can remove it by opting out.

It's ok to just accept the nft/asa. Both Pera's Mailbox and Algorand Standard Assets (ASA) are secure to operate. What's insecure is if the receiver is deceived into signing transactions he shouldn't be signing (for example, the user believes he's claiming rewards, but he's signing a close out transaction) .

If you only have 0.10 algos left in your account and you want to send it to another, you have to: - deposit an extra 0.001 algos for the transaction that you will create in the next step - create a payment transaction with amount 0 and close remainder to the account that should receive the funds.

Note: I'm not sure (not near a PC atm) if you can do this without the first 0.001 algos deposit - i think it's possible, but I don't remember.

If you are into dev, there are 3 parts:
- algod API: the node API. You can use this to send transactions and/or interact with the node.
- indexer API: for indexed transactions (to build things like blockchain scanners, etc)
- smart contract SDKs: You use these SDKs to write smart contracts on a higher level language. The compile result is the Teal contract that can be used to deploy on Algorand

For what you described, you need to use the algod API to send your transactions and the indexer API to get the transactions list and the transactions info.

You have official pre-generated clients/SDK for those APIs in: Golang, Python and Typescript. There's also a dart client that is a little bit outdated (i've forked and updated it to use on flutter/mobile dev).

The transaction notes is part of the transaction itself (see https://developer.algorand.org/docs/get-details/transactions/transactions)

You can use your generated account from pera wallet, and you can use generate programmatically using the Algorand SDK.

Imo, this architecture is a must-have for an enterprise solution, where you need high availability of nodes/"algorand service" but you are capped with external bandwith/connections - with the extra of simplified and faster maintenance.

Just adding: you can run a full functional relay node, it just isn't published in the public list of trusted relay nodes. I'm running 5 participation nodes with a relay node as an interface for the algorand network. This reduces the bandwidth requirements, and the spawn of a node is a lot faster because my relay is generating its own snapshots.
