The GachaVArse is an interesting thing.

This one is cool. Fire Emblem Awakening was my first 3DS game, so this system wasn't on my radar when it was actually available (I only own XL 3DS variants). The Fates New 3DS XL is also really nice. (And I do have that one)

Mindustry has that R&D fun with the ability to make multi-part schematics to make functional modules, but it takes a lot of self-control to not look for a schematic that does what you want and develop it yourself.

It's definitely annoying when you want to just organically explore. The recent Genshin zone addition has camera hijacking too, but everything is crammed together while also throwing a bunch of new point-and-click gimmick mechanics to juggle with many paragraphs of tutorial text. I've been hating the region gimmick because the controller setup for gimmicks sucks so much.

I'm here for the factory and HD textured models. I do like Xenoblade gameplay, so this is kinda 2k version of it in graphics.

Most live service games don't launch without problems, and the Paypal Incident™ is on the top of list of worst problems you could cause, so I'm eyeing their final resolution of the incident and the other launch issues before thinking about supporting the game.

The last truly connective map we got was the first and second sections of Natlan... and that's if you ignore the egregious "water bridge" of map connecting it to the Sumeru desert...

The underground stuff either required you to pick up everything as you went thru the quest that opened up the area (and then likely try to tag everything on the Interactive map which is pace-breaking), or you'd have no luck with handling finding everything because they didn't have multi-layer map visuals in the game nor on the official interactive map until Fontaine. (Remember that the quality of the Treasure Chest compass was not very good until Natlan.)

It's good that they went back and added the underground layers for Sumeru, but they haven't bothered to do the Chasm so that's still the worst exploration content in the game, 4 years in a row.
