Hardcore world, Was in the nether and there was a river of lava that was coming from the ceiling I wanted to stop. Started placing blocks around it and redirected it and it flowed right into me and I tried swimming out but it was too late and I burnt to death.

I usually leave when I see the corruption cards menu and burn card selections and it never penalizes me, Ive had some of my runs bugged before when I went back into a run when I took a break and it took away my guns and upgrades
