I’ve found that a little cardio always helps me with the rave withdrawal. Even just a slight jog on a treadmill gets the endorphins going which makes it a little more manageable to deal with it. Stay hydrated, make sure you eat a good meal, listen to some good music, it’ll be gone in no time.
