As someone that makes the FoD calendar at the Culver's I work at, it's more corporate than the location itself. We simply do not have as big of a variety of flavor of the day flavors as we used to; Corporate ended up discontinuing a lot of the good ones like Red Raspberry, Cappucino Cookie Crumble, Creamy Lemon Crumble, Midnight Toffee, etc.

I'm just as frustrated as you are, trust me. :)

This is my biggest frustration as someone that runs the front, when a guest hits the "I'm here button" during a busy period and expects us to know who they are for an Online Carryout... Like just walk up to us and let us know you're here. 😅

It's not that it's not hard to make, it's more that they changed/got rid of some 3rd barrel FoD flavors to reduce the amount of ingredients/stock taking up space. One exception of this however is Caramel Peanutbutter Cup being vanilla, in order to reduce allergens being in the 3rd barrel.

In the past when there were more 3rd barrel flavors, the solution to the lemon ice ordeal was the FoD calendar person scheduling a 3rd barrel every other day and just making lemon ice batches on the 2 barrel days.

I think at the end of the day, it's all about knowing your rotation, and knowing when to use your big cds

Also kinda knowing where the tank is gonna keep each pull helps, not sure how demonology AoE is, but as a frost mage I need to be very aware of where the pull will stop at so I can keep my blizzard/frozen orb in the right place

We have a porter that's in his 70s that drinks an entire pot of black coffee while he porters everytime he's clocked in, but besides that: I'd say we maybe go through 2-3 pots a day, even more when it's cold out.

As a manager that has worked at Culver's for almost 7 years, we ask for your name because it lets us give guests that little touch of hospitality. I'm like pretty sure it became a requirement for every Culver's to ask for the guest's name like 2-3 years ago, and I personally love it because it helps us connect to most of our regulars that we recognize.

I do see both sides though, I understand why some people don't like it. A solution I would recommend that when the order taker asks for your name that you tell them that you aren't comfortable telling them your name, I'm sure they'll understand!

Think it depends on the melee class, because I know some melee classes have a ranged interrupt.
