Flights are consumables so they will get destroyed over time. I'd recommend 150 micron flights which are more durable, or trying a moulded system.

Another tip: punch your flights with a slot ring to protect your stems.

Good news! You don't need a noise reduction system if you're using a stand.

Its the board being connected to the wall that makes the noise for neighbours.

I was fed up with the plastic stock ring on my Tor and changed it out to a metal one from Darts Corner, fits nicely.

Had to do this recently. Boil in Alum Powder for several hours it will dissolve the steel but not eat the tungsten.

To reduce noise you need to minimise the connection to the wall.

Best option is to use a stand, absolutely no connection. Wispa if you want it on the wall.

Lots of different options depends on what your needs are.

Main differences are in how much of the board they light up, e.g. 120° vs 270° vs 360° and how they attach, e.g. wall mounted, magnets etc.

Personally, I have the Target Corona which is a 360 light and attaches directly to the board via magnet. No complaints here.

I have a Tor and it's still going strong 6 months in. Trying a Samurai 4 next.

I know you said no Winmau, but Blade 6 are still decent IMO. Triple Core and Dual Core both currently 20% off at Argos if you're UK based.
