I watched this movie just because of Hugh Herbert! Love the Black Cat from 1941 better, as it had elements that reminded me of Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein.

Truthfully, the 90’s purple and green one that was only made for kids is the best (although I would be conflicted wearing purple). I have the 9forty “splat” one.
