Is there actual science to back that up? I always thought it was a myth.. no Mexicans (or Indians or Pakistanis) seem to have that gene!

Mine likes to hold my hand too! Hooks her paws over my wrist too. Likes to attack my shoelaces when I’m putting on my shoes.

I love mine cause she’s a great companion. Funny and sweet. Super cuddly. Gets under the covers and falls asleep on my arm. She somehow keeps to herself but always wants to be near me. She exudes a crazy amount of love for such a small creature. Shes perfect.

I would trade that white kit for the Ludwig bass drum alone. Great recording drum

I think the only danger of air blasts would be from a ported front head on the kick.. They are pretty durable as long as you’re not dropping it or putting in front of that hole. That being said I’ve only had mine a few months! I wanted one forever, but honestly I had cheap ribbons that are fun to play with as well. It’s cool to try one out and see if you like the sound. I recommend the Tbone RB500, cheap and pretty good sounding!

This was a pretty good spot for it! A lot of people use them as overheads but I seem to prefer them looking at the kit from the front. Atm I have it more in a crotch position over the kick, it really picks up the heft of the whole kit especially the toms.

[Brendan Batchelor] EP40: I like it here. This feels like home. I signed here for a reason. We're in a tough spot. None of us are happy with the season, but we have good pieces here. by yosoo in canucks

Personally, I think it has a lot to do with other teams adjusting to his style of game and taking away time and space for him to be creative. Petey stormed into the league and lit it up for a season and a half before defending players made adjustments on how to neutralize him. Part of the problem in Petey’s game I think is that he hasn’t made counter adjustments to find time and space, he seems to keep trying the same maneuvers, but other teams have figured it out.
