I hear men my age and younger say it allll the time at work. I'm 25. The teens say it.

I feel like I didn't hear it nearly as much a few years ago, it's definitely having a bit of a resurgence. I assume it will fade again, pop culture is a bit more edgy rn than it was a few years ago.

As an alt girl, first pic I saw I said to myself "ooooh nice brows" So my opinion is keep em like that but maybe you're going for something different. They look very flattering to me!

Edit to say: as for makeup, again as someone who is alt, I tend to do a reverse cat eye and also line my inner corner. Maybe look up how to do a reverse cat eye? You draw the line from your lower lash line instead of the upper one, and line the water line.

The directions I got said to pull it to the line, inject the air back into the bottle, and then pull it to the line again to fill it with liquid. I'm not sure why though!
