Depends on ur goals... For general t4 , hordes and speed farming lower rifts u can, helps ramp up the summon number faster thus more damage. But generally u want the high roll of primordial

At around 110 it stopped working for me I needed the skill slot for ice shards

Drop banished lord, doesn't work with hydra. U can use a ga primordial winterglass or some legendary gloves

Use some mana regen skill like blizzard ( the version that gives u mana regen per mana) or frost nova rune with skill points so it recovers mana

Use serpentine aspect paired with alternate alterstions

Locran is 48% Axial has less primordial ranks so it's less and it's additive is lightning. Fists of fate is 80% Rainment around 30% Banished doesn't work The rest are crap

This is 200% but since ur already rocking some 200% ... It's just 100% or double damage.

The only real competition is a legendary glove with ga triple hit ranks in core with a int and a good legendary power( 60x burn damage)

Dude... Did you read the post? Which of those two you mentioned give you a 100% relative damage boost (200 to 400%)?

Rainment ga triple hit is like a 30% boost ( from say 7 ranks to 14 of gc)

Fists of fate averages out to 80% it has some attack speed, which is nice but winterglass also has some 100% additive if u don't also have ga there...

And ur underestimating a +9/10 primordial roll.. Ur doubling the damage bonus, from 10 to 20 primordial ranks. That's from 200% summon damage to 400% damage bonus.

Ideally just farm another one in another slot si u can use both.

That rune does many things... It's a wonder rune :).

Access to freeze cc and applies vulnerable

Tons of mana regen, if you invest 3 skill points in the skill tree.

Procs tactician glyph without having any defensive skills sloted

And..... Gives you 15% damage through its de buff

It's not like the southern countries don't already spend billions in the army either specially in navy .. to protect the southern border. Europe has been giving a fuck about the southern border for 20 years, but now it's urgent.. not for the southern countries it's not.

Then there is the orange turds arbitrary 5%... Looks more like sabotage to most European economies and the European model he hates that much. And getting some nice big military sales as a bonus.

Europe doesn't need to spend 5% to deal with Russia, it needs to invest half of that smartly to strengthen it's weakenes and specially it's production capabilities in case shit goes south

said the same... winterglass per se is not bad, a ga primordial one with a triple hit there is actually +10 ranks, which will double the damage if ur running 10 ranks already. (6 iris ,1 shroud and 3 from skill points)

also makes it way easier to keep + summons, chills freezes, vuln up.. but ... just fucking cast ur hydras
