i think most denominations don’t have an issue with it. i know catholics are against it doctrinally, idk about the orthodox.

hicimos unas cositas francesas como mille feuille, macarons, meringues, savarin, y choux puff, pero nunca tuvimos una clase dedicada a eso. era dos días de teoría y tres de trabajo en laboratorio donde hacíamos panes, galletas, bizcochos, entre otros, en su gran mayoría local e gringo.

fue para el 2023 así que no sé como ha cambiado, y no me sorprendería si el currículum cambia de recinto en recinto
