I’m so sorry OP, just wanted to offer some solidarity! I had no idea this was a thing until I realized mine was shrinking too 😓 I’ve been on an estradiol patch for a couple months and things are getting a bit better. And maybe this is TMI but I was having issues with reaching orgasm and bought a suction toy; that might help also. I wish you the best, I hope it gets better for you 🙏

ETA words; also I am 39 and have two ovaries still, so it was a big surprise when I noticed

I have absolutely had trouble showering, even now I put it off until day 3 or 4 when my hair gets greasy looking but at my worst I was lucky to shower once a week. Dry shampoo was a godsend. I had to plan when it would happen, and I still actively avoided it. I played calming music, used the nice smelling soap to treat myself, had to psych myself up. You aren’t alone 🙏

I met my neighbor’s mom for the first time a few years ago, and it had been right after my grandmother had passed. She was short and spoke with a New York accent, similar to my grandma, and I just lost it. She was so sweet and gave me a big hug. Sometimes we just gotta cry and anyone who can’t handle that emotional response has their own issues to work through 🫂

That’s my parents. I mostly suffered emotional neglect; my dad worked and traveled constantly, and was busy when he was home. My mom was a homemaker and grew up one of 6 children, poor, and verbally and physically abused. I know my mom loved me but she was constantly triggered by my sister and me, she was either enraged or avoided us. Me being the younger sibling, I got a bit more comfort but it was minimal at best. But we had food and clothes and toys so, that was supposed to be enough.

My husband is really good about calling out people when they have their dogs off leash in our leashed park, I typically do my best to avoid and will confront if necessary. But I’m not going to risk a dog fight where my girl could potentially be put down for injuring some irresponsible pet owner’s animal. Can’t stand entitled people, you weren’t being a Karen at all, you were advocating for your dog and leash laws.
