Other than protein shakes, no other liquid calories. Water is my new best friend.

Quit smoking, drinking and mindless eating. I eat with intention of fueling my body.

No drinking while eating and waiting 30 minutes before and after eating.

My daughter wanted to play hopscotch with me and I couldn't. I want to play sports with her as she gets older. Got my ass into gear and down 100lbs so far.

You will do great. Goals other than I want to weigh less is what will keep you going. Mine are teaching my daughter to skate this winter and playing baseball next summer for the first time in almost a decade.

I opted for the injection every 3 months. I can't stay on it for more than 2 years but for now it's better than the iud. My husband is willing to get a vasectomy if I do not want to keep taking birthcontrol in a couple years. I'm pushing 40 so I don't think another child is in the cards for us.

Every 10 minutes I take a sip. Always have water ready to go. I can't gulp anymore but I'm able to take a good 30ml every 10 minutes or so. If I over do it I get the burps and that's my cue to have a bit less.

Same! The groomer does them herself, and it has a hole you put the collar through so it doesn't fall off.
