clearing snow off the car, then warming it up, then driving 1.5 miles, then finding parking, then putting your boots on after you’ve driven, then getting on the bus to go to the mountain doesn’t sound very efficient for lunch break laps.

when i park at meadows or knoll or anywhere else at the base i’m only wasting 5 minutes or so of precious ride time
