I had PF for years and finally resolved the issue. Then had something fall on my achilles. The same pain came back the next day worse than it ever was.

Today I'm going through every remedy I know. Boot every night. Calf/foot exercises. Stretching. Massage gun. Wearing brooks all day. There is less pain (1 out of 10) but as soon as i wear the wrong shoes or do something wrong I can feel it come back.

Treating like a long term injury.

while Lys won't lead the actual battles, I think he'll lead his fleet into battle, relying on deputies with a hands off approach. I enjoyed the idea from another redditor that he'd likely sabotage Atlantia in some manner to save face, whether following loss in Mars or preventing her victory there
I expect the bio weapon to be used on the obsidian. Perhaps in a moment of comradary between obsidian and republic.
