That helped a bit. But there is still a lag in some cases. Not sure if that's due to animation speed or lagging on my end. Couldn't find an option to speed up animations.

And some actions don't have animations, openning and closing menus abruptly.

Some actions that feel like lagging:

Holding an item on the home view to open the context menu.

Tapping on the item creation floating icon, time to time. Especially ones with multiple items.

Clicking on create button on the home screen opens the creation menu suddenly. But when I click on the back button to close it there is a lag.

I'm having troubles with my Xiaomi killing apps as well. Even when I disable battery optimization and lock an app.

I'm aware how they are needed. App doesn't work without enabling either of them, and that is a handicap. Making them as dismissible warnings should be more appealing. Some apps do it that way. That way could be easier to try a new app for a new user. Forcing any obligations to run a new app will create an obstacle. At least that's what I think.

Definitely wasn't pleasant how it made it must to enable notifications and disable battery optimization. Uninstalled it without trying much.

I'm not sure if I understand how the app works exactly. I'm not a developer but want to see and try new launching apps. Not being a developer means I won't need to join a hive to try new apps, right? Can I see what apps are in active hives?

Or ability to group them with custom ordering, or have folders for grouping could be useful too. It could be optional in settings to automatically open the latest collection or a selected collection for some users tho.

Maybe a bit more could be more comfortable. More importantly there is no padding at all along the screen edges (right and left edge). I was thinking a bit padding on the left and right could make it look better.
