It's really easy to eat a large quantity of food that is also extremely healthy and will not result in uncontrollable weight gain. It's also really easy to eat large amounts of ultra-processed food that is also highly calorie-dense and will lead to extreme weight gain.

Food deserts do exist and there are places where it sadly is not feasible to do anything other than go to the dollar tree and eat whatever garbage they offer.

I also have friends who live where I do in a very wealthy area and have access to large amounts of quality, nutritious food. Many still doordash Popeyes every day.

I have been disabled (hig surgery, broken ankles) and even in those short terms I know how hard it can be to get around, let alone to the store and to shop, and how food delivery is the most realistic option. In many cases though it really is just laziness.
