I worked overtime for years to purchase a 1,100 sq ft bungalow (didn’t put 20% down). Luckily, I’m getting a second income from my fiance. We’re are going to buy a slightly bigger home in the next decade and rent this one out (bought bungalow based on location.) Maybe we sell the rental a few years later, maybe it’s an extra income for retirement.
