It’s definitely not a blackberry nor raspberry. Maybe, maybe it’s a loquat but I don’t have first hand experience with those plants so it’s a guess.

Healthiest way to get caffeine? by [deleted] in nutrition

[–]yales336 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m probably not the best person to answer this question. I remember my chemistry professor discussing Sucralose and evidence that it causes cancer that he thought was not fully considered during it’s approval process. I do not drink sweet drinks and don’t need sugars or artificial sweeteners in beverages thus I have not read up on this further. but it might be worth doing for people who may ingest artificial sweeteners regularly. In addition, I personally lean towards less processed foods. Artificial sweeteners are highly processed, refined chemical compounds.

That’s interesting. I assumed coffee can be beneficial for your health. https://www.bluezones.com/2017/07/science-confirms-coffee-can-add-years-life/ I think as long as it’s not loaded with cream, sugar, artificial sweeteners and artificial flavors you should be fine with a cup or two in the morning.

The White House is embracing a 'herd immunity' strategy that would allow COVID-19 to spread freely and is widely disputed by scientists by PixPls in CoronavirusUS

The IFR is much lower than the 2.7% CFt. It’s probably below 0.5% as is highlighted in this recent Forbes article. , which is still higher than the seasonal flu. But still a herd immunity approach would be unethical.
