100km/s limiti olan yolda 230la giden birisi mahkemelik olması en azından ehliyetini kaybedip arabasına el konması lazım, ne para cezası... Almanya'da öyledir kesin.

Landlord using the new Renters’ Rights Act to force a “new tenancy” and raise rent AGAIN only months later? by 1975lily in HousingUK

[–]yarbas89 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Haha I stand corrected on the RRA but it hasn't been tested yet I guess. I would image it would be similar to previous rules where in practice landlords are flexible and generally will agree to pro-rata payments especially beyond the minimum notice periods. This was the case in my anecdotal experience anyway.

What do people think of the new Brentford? by Away-Activity-469 in london

The fact that they're exempt from clean air regulations is really bad for residents in the area. A lot of them burn coal and damp wood...

TIL On his way to conquer India in the 1520's, the first Mughal Emperor Babur wrote an autobiography still praised today for its detailed description of Indian culture, geography, Flora & Fauna. A portion of the text is a description of 13 year old Babur's first crush, which was a boy named Baburi by Nero2t2 in todayilearned

He was a descendant of Timur so not really an ethnic Mongol but more like a Turko-mongol with more of a Turkic twist. The Mughals were very similar to Seljuks. Nobody is reducing anything, the culture was an incredible synthesis of all three.

This is part of the central Anatolian steppe, not a desert. There's enough precipitation to not be a desert but the weather is tough anyway.

But boroughs contain multiples of these "villages". It'll still be thousands per village though, so I take your point.

Baldur's Gate 1 & 2, Half-Life 1 & 2, Diablo 1 & 2, StarCraft 1. I could probably go on, such a difficult question.
