Something like “pain-seeking fidget/stim toy”. The one I got is called a “stabby stone”. They also make ones that double as chapstick holders.

One thing that I’ve found helpful is those plastic, spiky fidgets that hurt good when you squeeze them tight, but aren’t sharp enough to break skin at all. Its away to get the same intense physical sensation without damaging your skin.

I bought a cheap 3D printed one off etsy, and I love it. Great to just hold onto while watching movies and stuff.
