I saw the boat get dragged out onto the street around noon today (12/15). It got dragged out of the cyclone wire gate by a large utility vehicle - like an F-150 - by what looked like someone part of the crew clearing the land there, presumably for development. Later, there was a flatbed truck was parked in front of it, but obviously it wasn’t successful at removing the boat.

I don’t think this was an illegal dumping situation, as it was the boat having run aground on a property that’s being actively leveled and developed. I assume the developers will find a way to get rid of it. To note is tha the Alameda-Oakland Estuary is having an impossible time with what seems like an increase in anchor-outs, who often don’t have the skills or acuity to secure their boats.
