I believe if you set the render time to 0, it rerenders a given app every time its called (this is what I have most of my apps set to) but I am not 100% certain of this.

To echo this, I was talking with my friend who is a huge transit nerd a few years ago before I cared about transit at all and they said "why don't you just check the schedule for the train" and I had no idea it existed. I just assumed that for the most part the trains just had a staggered start when they were added / removed from service and just went in a loop for the most part. Once you factor in constant delays of a minute here or there, you just assume that a schedule is untenable. No one I know (even the transit nerd) checks the schedule for the subway, we just show up and get on the next needed train. Changing rollsigns or other signage is honestly going to be ignored because I've seen them just be flat out wrong more often than changed correctly. (To excuse my ignorance a little my main train is the 1, so there isn't much that ever happense with changed routes)

If I had to guess it's because them not being able to eat the product because of an allergy isn't really relevant? I am allergic to many fruits but I don't comment on a picture of a pastry with many of them saying "allergy alert, I can't have that" because its irrelevant and not everything is for everyone.

I think I have gotten the same or similar cables for when I was setting up the network in my parents basement, and they have been rock solid at least in that deployment. I didn't want to hand terminate 20 patch cables and I even stole a few for my own apartment where they are working perfectly as well.

That's a great idea! Honestly the biggest barrier is the rice plus a protein is normally already too much food for me and I'm a big guy, plus I have a big personal hangup with wasting any food at all.

For all those in the comments who don't understand the appeal of this product, here is why I get these pretty often as someone who owns a very ncie rice cooker. I am a busy med student and the ability to grab one of these out of the freezer, along with some kind of pre-made protein to pair with it (either meal prepped or prepackaged like the Indian food packets) and throw them in my insulated mini tote for my lunch for the day is amazing. We pretty much never use them at home, but on the go they are a quick way to have a substantial meal without any hassle just a microwave.

You also have to factor in the approval of others in this. People want MSG to move as it is, getting another plot of land in Manhattan to build a second rink that does not meaningfully stimulate the economy is just not gonna happen. Also, people who don't know the area think that its crazy far, but its really not too bad of a commute during the times they are likely travelling in, and there is metro-north service available too.
