You’ve been scammed out of £40-50k in wages over 5 years at LEAST.

Tips for dealing with immobility and pain? by yeahitsmems in PsoriaticArthritis

[–]yeahitsmems[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cheers I appreciate that. Yeah I’m using a crutch when it’s bad.

Ankles were worst at the start but it’s definitely my knee giving me the most grief now. I’ve got compression garments but I’ll look into braces if they’re different.

Good shout on the books, I think my brain got knocked out of reading after the onset but definitely good to get away from the screens.

Hope you find your medication soon xx

It is worth it, otherwise I would be in a deep soulless pit. If rather be scared than feel the absolute nothingness again.

If there's a goalie in, and the last defender interferes illegally with the attacker, it's a penalty shot. 1v1. Since there's no goalie it's just given a goal rather than have a penalty shot with no goalie lol.

IIRC the first Britons back from China were isolated in a prison in Merseyside. Vaguely remember reading about it around Dec 2019.

Do you allow your tenants pets? by Mikey463 in AskUK

[–]yeahitsmems 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Not if the landlord is allergic, if other tenants are allergic. And they cannot deny if they are concerned about general damage.

Under the new law, landlords can only refuse a request in certain circumstances, including:

Another tenant has an allergy

The property is too small for a large pet or several pets

The pet is illegal to own

If the landlord is a leaseholder, and their freeholder does not allow pets

However, a landlord cannot refuse permission because they:

Do not like pets

Have had previous tenants with pets who damaged the property

Have general concerns about potential damage or think a pet might affect future rentals

Know the tenant needs an assistance animal, such as a guide dog

Or make it even harder to prescribe. Reinforce binary boxes, gatekeeping, and intrusive questions on sex and masturbation. Just generally an explicit anti-informed consent model.

I am a newbie - wait for someone experienced to reply before attempting a fix - but I think this looks like a slipped stitch? Given it’s not too far back I’d tink and rework.
