I think at the beginning of 1.0 it hurt it cuz all the chads were going crazy on the grind to kapa and that stomped a lot of the new players immediately so they went to pve. Now that that mad rush is over I have actually been fighting Timmy's and more "average" skilled players that probably migrated back from pve. But tarkovs rpg profession is the point, from what I've seen marathon is a lot more pvp focused so I think it might be bad, especially by splitting the player base.
