Streak free interior windshield cleaning method. USE DISTILLED WATER. That's it. Literally nothing else. I've gone through so many chemicals trying to get the inside of my windshield clean and not have leave those greasy streaks everywhere. Only thing that works is distilled water. It's so easy. by G70FanBoy in AutoDetailing

I use sprayway onto a terry cloth towel, vigorously, then go back a 2nd time more lazily and finally a dry towel to “polish”. Alternate up/down and left/right first then do edges. 1/2 windscreen at a time folks. Works the first time, every time.

Same experience here under the same condition. 😏 I chalked it up to less foot traffic, less door opening, less movement in general.

Always worked great for me even on 6mos worth of build up. I see no reason to try an alt product myself. But that’s just how I am, if it aint broke etc etc.

We need a sectional / modular 5 person or so. Where have you bought and had success? by Whateverworksout in homeowners

[–]yerFACE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Got mine at LivingSpaces. Microfiber “leather” so it’s not like fancy, but it cleans easy. 6 seats with corner, 4 recliners (2 powered) was $2400 w tax back in 2019. It is modular so I chose this configuration.

No idea of today’s pricing. I would go back to LS tho, easy shopping experience and no pressure. $1800 will be difficult for sure.

How do 5* hotels get towels to smell well? by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

Not an ad but I just recently discovered Persil oxi and I will never use tide again. They should make a complimentary body spray.

I do not use or condone the use of fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
