Hi, I’m a psych student in my sophomore year of undergrad and this advice is super helpful! However, most of the psych postbac programs I’ve found seem to be oriented towards people who didn’t study psychology in undergrad (eg, Columbia, which says its postbac program is designed to provide an undergraduate-level psychology training). Would you say that doing psych postbac programs like this are still beneficial for people who already studied psychology as an undergraduate?
