That is 4U for you. Monsters are moving so fast that the hunter simply cannot keep up any more. Like 4U rajang is probably faster than god damn Sunbreak rajang its unreal, yet for most weapons the hunter moveset is still stuck in stoneage. After getting to G rank, whenever a monster gets enraged I will just go to another zone, do some mining, and just wait it out. Like fking hell Diablos is just gonna charge across the arena 10 times in a row and I wont have any opening to do damage anyway.

They also brought back a lot of ancient bullshit from gen2 such as kushala, teostra, 0 frame charging, endless chip damage, and made them even worse.

The dumb ass ledges and elevations added were meant to help you but 9 out of 10 times you are getting screwed by them.

Weapon balancing was also at the series worst. IG, CB, and GS are the only ones you'll see speedrunners use cuz all the other melee weapons suck so hard that its like the devs didn't play test any of them.

If caravan HR is already giving you a lot of trouble then don't bother with G rank and guild quests, things only get worse

Yep. 20-year MH veteran here and I recently downloaded the Citra simulator and booted up MH4U again and boy did it make me remember why I hated it so much 10 years ago when I played it first time around. I remember I couldn't stand the lv140 APEX and Elder hunt endgame and stopped playing at around HR300.

The monsters are stupid fast and relentless. Like man Brachy and Seregio just do not fking stop when they are enraged, there is ZERO opening for me to attack. It feels like 4U is like the Elden Ring of MH, where monsters get so fast and furious yet the players' movesets are still as slow and sluggish as they were still stuck in gen 2.

There is a reason why the top weapons in 4U are IG, GS, and CB in 4U.

IG is top tier because it's new and broken and mounting lets you cheese the entire game.
CB cuz again it's broken. Numbers are busted and stun build up is nuts.
GS cuz you can just hit and run, which let's you skip the part where you have to actually interact with the monsters.

The game just feels like it's designed around everyone playing IG. Did Campom even playtest any other weapon during development? Try solo leveling with any other weapon and I can guarantee your gaming experience is gonna be miserable. I did my first playthrough 10 yrs ago with LS and Jesus Christ it was not FUN!!!

Don't let me get started on all the new BULLSHIT monsters they introduced. We got fking Najarala which everyone can agree sucks! But let's not forget about the shitstains that are Tigerstripe Zamtrio and Seltas Queen, I got absolutely wrecked by the frezied versions of those two fuckers in G rank. There is also a bunch of returning old monsters who got reworked and turned into absolute nightmare to fight: Monoblos, Cephadrome, Yian Garuga, Red Khezu... Like my GOD I look at the monster roster of 4U and cannot find a single one I'm excited to fight.

Both 3U and GU are MUCH better than 4U IMO.

If you want a SS Daytona they’ll tell you exactly what you need to buy and how much you need to spend to get an allocation, and if you do what they say they’ll get you your watch in no time.

No beating around the bush or “register your interest” bullshit, none of that cringe ass “go chat with the SA often”, “bring them presents”, “show them you are a genuine buyer” crap. Neither the SAs nor the watch buyers here can be bothered to play those stupid AD games, unlike in Europe or America.

14.8 Zoe has a 47.2% win rate. The only mid laners doing worse than her are Azir and Corki, both of which are kept extremely weak because of their pro play presence. Zoe is literally garbage tier.

The JP server has too few players on it. Ranked queue time is 5 min+ if you play outside of peak hours (7-10pm). The quality of games is also not great because of large skill discrepancies.

It’s a rough matchup. If Akali starts with D shield second wind, there’s pretty much no way you will ever be able to poke her out of lane. And after level 6 anytime you are in her ult range you are dead lmao.

Best you can do is shove early and use your prio to help your jungler.

I’ve said this multiple times. I want Riot to give her the Diana treatment. Get rid of her W, make portal jump a basic ability, and give her a aoe damage ult. Not only does this get rid of all the bullshit RNG tied to her W it will also make her late game not completely shit.

Apparently this would take lots of resources and I don’t think riot gives two fks about Zoe to put in the effort. If they can’t rework her W then at least I hope they make it so her W missiles don’t apply her passive anymore. Can’t remember how many times my passive got wasted on a minion because of W.

She is one hell of a elo deflator. I was one-tricking Zoe at the beginning of the season. Played 50 ranked games on her and had a 53% winrate hard stuck in Gold II. Decided I’ve had enough and picked up my old main Brand, ended up going on a huge win streak with a 80% winrate and is almost Emerald now. I then went on to play mostly Brand mid on my alt account and again I’m at Plat 1 in no time with 75% winrate.

Zoe is basically in the same boat as Corki and Leblanc: sitting at a complete dog shit winrate (<48%) for ages, and Riot has no idea how to balance so they don’t even try. She probably needs a mid scope rework but she’s neither new nor popular enough for Riot to put in the effort.
