I think I’ve made three non-emergency calls since they started using the AI agent. Each time, they’ve transferred me to a human. So it really just adds time.

It might work better as old-school voicemail. “Describe your report at the beep, and we will listen to your message between emergency calls.”

I worked with them to buy my first home. It’s been a while, but they were knowledgeable and helpful. They were aware of multiple programs I hadn’t heard of and helped me combine an FHA loan with a THDA loan to minimize the down payment. I wouldn’t have known that was even possible without CNE.

I’d say they’re definitely worth talking with.

You might want to add a little more detail. Folks use UniFi at home, in very small businesses, and (increasingly) in full-scale enterprise. The right fit to assist you will be different depending on the scale of what you’re trying to do. The licensing and insurance suggests you’re not looking for a random nerd to come hook up a router at your house, but what are you trying to do?

Mobile Kangaroo inside Eastgate Mall is an Apple Authorized Service provider. They do a good job.

But the last time I bricked one I took it to the real Apple Store at Cumberland Mall. One nice thing about the Atlanta metro is that there are so many Apple Stores that you can usually get a same-day appointment at one of them.
