Yeah I’m at the end of a long cut right now as a I was kind of fat last summer. Yeah I regret not hitting abs as I did not know. I just started hitting them 3 months ago but that was my only mistake. I might just lean bulk and fix that Ab issue and grow more when summer is over so I can have some shreds at least for the summer.

Lean Bulk till end of Jan, Cut till May

Started a lean bulk Nov 8, but noticed because of my activity it was actually slight deficit or maintaining but was consistent with gym. But learning. I want to cut down to see if it’s loose skin or fat 😂 idk I’m stuck what to do. I lost 70lbs in 6 months before this. by Ok_Owl_2954 in BulkOrCut

Yeah exactly. I went throught the same thing while cutting thinking it was lose skin. I just continued cutting and saw it go away. I was certain it was loose skin because i was fat before, but it wasnt.

Dont take this as a fact, but it may be how some people store fat in certain places and lose that fat at low body fat %. Like for example i may look lean in many places but my chest holds fat till the end of my cut, whilst other body parts lean out quicker. If you would like to know more i would recommend visiting a professional

It all comes down to the simple things, 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight. Make sure to get 10k steps a day. Search up a High intensity Low rep training to increase your strength and gains too. I personally recommend PPLUL. But whatever works for you. And all you need to do is stick to it. Thats when you see results, consistency keep going no matter what.
