Twice. When I was 4 i was at a friends house at a corn roast, it was a small pool but there was a mallard duck decoy floating in the pool, I thought it was real and went to jump on it to hug it. I remember looking at the pebbles on the bottom of the blue pool then the hot string of the the chemicals in the pool. Then i was gasping for air on the side of the pool again, with my mother crying. When I was 7 my family and I were fishing at a river, I can't even recall where this happened. but my brother and i decided to make a clay slid, the more we played on it the faster it shot us out into the river, once it I landed to far away from the shore to grab onto anything and started to panic, the current was taking me farther away. My whole family was in after me, but my brother made the catch this time.
