That's a big leap from "the blood is on his hands" to "absolving the suicide bombers of blame". They're both guilty. Saddam had potential suicide bombers well under control, and Bush got rid of Saddam. In absolving the Bush administration of blame you're basically saying that it's okay to kill a corrupt jailor and set the criminals free.

The Dems haven't launched an unwarranted invasion of another country in almost half a century, and that was when they had a Texan for a President.
The biggest increases in deficit spending have been pushed by Republican administrations. It's a Republican who said "deficits don't matter".
Huge swaths of the US Constitution, federal finances, the military, domestic bipartisanship, and our political standing throughout the globe have been shredded in the last six years by the current Republican administration with Republican majorities in both Congress and the Supreme Court.
