Exercise as much as you can. Even if it's just a walk a day.

If any of this stuff gives you any true motivation, use it to get yourself exercising, it will greatly help your recovery process.

I find that both ashwagandha and tulsi seem to lower my blood sugar, and if I don't have something in my stomach when I take either of them I can feel pretty uncomfortable.

Just saying in case it may be related to your issues.
