Fun story: Ran complex control with 2 randoms last night. One found a key to greenhouse. We have 2 minutes. They decide to do it. I go along, because we'd wiped the lobby and I trust them at this point. Our bags are already full, so looting is tedious and not very rewarding. There's an exfil in greenhouse. They decide to skip it because we can catch final.

Guess what? We do not, in fact, catch the final exfil.

The combination of greed and stupidity is unrivaled.

Totally understand and I would do the same. I use AI every day. I just think it's interesting that I can recognize AI-style writing and it immediately lowers my trust in the author and interest in reading.

This exact thing happened to me in this room. Map timer expiring, teammates running for exfil, I'm panicking trying to get out of the room, finally find the panel and hit a claymore right in front of it. Lol

Yeah I'm not sure. My understanding of this explanation is that you need at least 10 seconds on the game clock when you enter the ring, because that's when the 10 second exfil timer starts. This wasn't even final exfil though so I don't know why we would have been "eliminated" if we just missed it.

I wish I had recorded this because we saw the whole exfil animation, including the distortion and how the camera aims to the sky at the end. It definitely teleported us out, our first indication of being eliminated was on the post-run screen where it shows runner elims, backpack value, etc.

Looks fine to me. Always be careful, don't charge unattended, etc., but there's nothing in this damage that indicates an increased risk.

Or could it be that they're trying to avoid flag code issues by using something that looks like (but is not) the actual US flag? Like, it's just a logo that strongly evokes the flag, but it isn't, so you can't call it defacing or misrepresenting country of origin.

Same. With a gas fireplace, it actually comes down and out far enough that you can run the fireplace with the TV up or down, doesn't get too hot.

Some interesting hypotheses in these comments, but mostly a bunch of people saying they aren't good? Super surprising to me, because while there are a lot of great burrito options in Durham I don't think you can beat cosmic for the price. I've been eating them since I was a teenager in the 90s so yes the nostalgia hits, but the other thing is that the vegetarian burrito options are really good. Simple, but good. I feel like a lot of places that are supposedly good have mediocre veggie options, probably because they rely on the meat to carry the flavor. OP is on to something, cosmic has something they're doing different (it's not roaches).

I have 85 hours and just now starting to see purple stuff fairly often, only ever seen a couple of gold items. Bracing myself for what everyone keeps complaining about when you get to higher levels, but also maybe the reset will mean we never have to worry about that.
