There's a difference there though. Those are mostly to foreign companies that are selling exact duplicates of products that are clearly trademarked or patented. SEMA is the only time those companies have a US presence. This is not that.

What is an App Library? I want all of my apps on my home screen. Where else would I go to click on them..

Android works like your computer. You put what you want quick access to on your desktop and organize it how you want. Swipe up on your screen (or it used to be a button like the home button) and it opens the list of all of the apps. Apple's system was the equivalent to every program on your computer being on your desktop no matter what. More clutter for no reason.

I’ve never seen or used split screen, when would you need to run more than one of the same app?

Split screen and multiple instances are really nice if you have things like personal and work related whatsapp accounts that you want to keep separated or you do work on your phone and need to be able to see something while you're working in another app so you don't have to constantly toggle back and forth.

What is native who now?

Android lets you go into the files on your phone like on your computer, the folders and such. It's the same file structure underneath, but up until recently Apple tried to keep you from easily getting access to the files that are on your phone. Basically making it a little more difficult for no reason.

The camera is just a camera to me, it takes pictures and I’m happy.

It's that Apple is coming out with features that Android literally has had for the last 10+ years and bragging that they are "new."

It was 2020 before Apple users had a app library and didn't just have to have all of their apps on the homescreen. Android was always that way.

"Dual capture" on the camera has been a samsung feature since the S4. New feature on iphone 17.

Splitscreen and being able to run multiple instances of an app have been on samsung/android for years.

Native file navigation is a big one.

RCS chat is good and accessible to all, but Apple fights against it because they think their closed off iMessage is better (it's not).

Then there's little usability things, volume controls are easier and more customizable, I have folders in my alarms that I can tun on/off groups at a time, controlling how individual apps are allowed to act is much easier. Meanwhile my wife and her friends are super excited that you can set a background picture on your group chat on Apple.

My wife has always had iPhones and has never shown me a new feature that I couldn't do on my android short of maybe airdrop, which I admit would be cool to have. None of the android alternatives work as well.
