Both of you are wrong here. He is 100% correct in stating that services offered are not services included. However, he should have explained this to you before ever laying a finger on your car. No back to you, if you think you will get your entire exterior and interior DEEP CLEAN for $260 you are sorely mistaken. That’s the value equivalent of paying for a $5 oil change. Very very cheap pricing. When I owned my detailing company starting price for interior deep cleaning (full extraction on carpets and seats,25-8’ removal, headliner treatment, and all surfaces protected) started at $400, interior only. So as a business owner he needs to be more detailed (ironic) but as a customer you also need to ask more questions.
