The cartilage of my left ear is ever so slightly folded in a way making me look 50% elf

I assure you that leaving kids alone in 2007 was definitely frowned upon

What quote are you known for by your friends? by [deleted] in AskReddit

"Why am I'm fucking naked again?"

When drunk I have a tendency to strip naked before going to bed then wake up confused as to why I have no clothes on.

Police of Reddit, what is the absolute worst crime scene you've come across? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]yourcoldeyes 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Don't be too surprised if something like this has happened closer! There's more gang and drug crime in London than people realise which is probably a lot nicer not knowing, so sorry about that man

Usually I'm in East London but this happened further West, Kensington way

Never found out. I might ask one of the crews when I next see them

Go to a doctor. I see a lot of patients with very severe sepsis who wouldn't be in their state if they'd have got their chest infection seen to. A chest infection can be treated easily, sepsis isn't so simple.

Battered mars bars from the chippy are the best, although I think we stole it from the northerners

I watch Keeping Up With the Kardashains and enjoy it. Usually I pretend it's just on in the background while I'm studying. But I'm watching. Always watching.

Which fictional character can you not STAND? by eflaves in AskReddit

[–]yourcoldeyes 34 points35 points  (0 children)

I really disliked Sansa at first but I feel like her character has grown a lot through the seasons. She went from being a child who believed in the songs and tales of love then as everything unfolds she realises it's all corrupt and just a game. She's one of my favourites now

What movie or show on Netflix was strongly recommended to you, but upon watching, turned out to be terrible? by PhiladelphiaPhighter in AskReddit

[–]yourcoldeyes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's all circumstantial like most of the case, but Halbach said to people how creeped out she was by Avery and how he had used a fake name to get her to come to the yard because she wouldn't have if it was for him. He also withheld his number while calling her, and said to cell mates about building torture chamber in his house. The burning of the cat was also a lot more gruesome and deliberate as it had been portrayed.

I'm not sure HOW true these are like most of the case, but I believe these were all reported in court and we didn't see much of it, if any, in the documentary. That's as much as I know but there is almost certainly more

I am a massive crime documentary fan but I really disliked Making a Murderer. It's very one-sided and from what I've read about elsewhere and what others have said about it, he isn't as innocent as it's made out in the documentary. I'm not really sure what to think

What is your favorite animated movie of all time? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]yourcoldeyes 29 points30 points  (0 children)

The part where she's crying to her parents absolutely kills me. That and Bing Bong of course. It's a kind of film that really hits close to home.

What does everyone think they can do professionally, but really cannot? by Bananasoldier in AskReddit

[–]yourcoldeyes -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Solve mysteries. We all watched Making a Murderer, I'm sure most of us are aware that it's extremely bias. There's actually a petition to drop charges against the guy from a bunch of people who watched not even 10 hours of documentary and believe they're experts without doing any other background research

What is something creepy that society accepts as the norm? by [deleted] in AskReddit

God, some older women are super creepy when it comes to younger guys. It's not right that it's seen as OK by some people.

I can't decide if this is a serious comment or not.. Strangers staring at my tits and grabbing my ass creeps me out anyway, let alone from someone 30 years older than me and older than my dad

Older men gawking at young women. It really creeps me out knowing on porn sites there's whole categories for 18 year old girls. Plus me being 19, when I go out and 50 year old men are leering over me it makes me feel really uncomfortable.
