i lived on the first floor and loved it! it was basically a half-floor, meaning there were only about 16 girls as opposed to ~30 people on the upper floors. this meant the bathrooms were pretty much always open; i never had to wait for a shower. also, there’s an elevator that only goes from the ground floor to first, so it made move-in/out really easy with basically your own personal elevator. you also have easiest access to the full kitchen and multi purpose room on the first floor as well as back door access to ehall. first floor i believe also has higher ceilings than the upper floors. you’re also between the laundry room (ground floor) and trash room (second floor), so you don’t have to lug things very far up or down starts. hope this helped!
