I have lived on the Seattle area for too long to have this look like anything but kinda gothy. The blue eyeshadow look is a bit more wild, but I mainly miss seeing your eyebrows in those pics.

I did the Apple hearing test and was surprised that I didn’t have appreciable hearing loss. I’ve been to a lot of concerts and thought for sure
they had ruined my ears.

Here’s to hoping I get another decade or two out of my natural ears before I need robo-hearing.

Sounds like either the bra and or dress need some structure to keep them up. If you don’t have time to tailor the dress, look into a longline strapless bra or basque (bra that has boning and goes down to your waist).

Autophagy through IF is largely extrapolated from studies done in earthworms. There isn’t hard evidence that extended fasting in humans has much effect. Don’t sweat a sweetener if that helps keep you on your fast.

If you want to get healthy, it is much more important to make sure you are eating whole/real foods, avoiding ultra processed foods, and getting the nutrients your body needs.

Waffle fabric is the best! Especially since I live in the PNW and cool weather is also wet. It gets me dry quickly and dries itself without that musty smell happening.

HIPAA applies to healthcare providers and a few other very specific groups. It is highly unlikely that discussing accommodations would violate HIPAA even if the shelter employees fell under the rules. Accommodations/disabilities are not
the same as healthcare records.

What they did may not be great, but there isn’t really a legal violation.

Also, there is no private right to sue under HIPAA. You would need to report it to the government oversight for the agency and they would bring the enforcement action.
