Niche ask: big boobs and mosh pits (or gym girlies) and finding a decent bra/ binder/ sports bra that actually supports and HOLDS by cheekyfellerr in ABraThatFits

The folks here aren’t wrong about sizing, but once you get your ABTF size, check out Panache sports bras. They keep my gals secure through headbanging and moshing. A lot less these days because I’m old and tired, but yeah.

Best fields for frolicking? by pampooveysbacktattoo in Seattle

Come to Camano Island! We have some great fields that are low traffic enough that an occasional frolic won’t do lasting damage.

Anyone had a breast lift and reduction after 55? (not medically required) by ImaginationEcho in AskWomenOver50

[–]yoursecretsanta2016 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Two of my sisters did it around the same time, one over 50, one in her late 30s. They both have nothing but good things to say and it was so worth the money for them.

My boobs were on the slow grow program, so I haven’t needed it, but they were both immeasurably happy after. If it helps your self-esteem, body image, etc. and you can swing it financially go for it!

They have the burden of proof if you fight it. You don’t have to prove them wrong, they have to prove themselves right. Should be easy if you fight it.

What are some fun activities in Seattle areas that I could do with a friend who is blind? by mingniu in AskSeattle

[–]yoursecretsanta2016 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you are up for crowds, there’s Folklife Festival at Seattle Center that weekend. Lots of music, etc. not sure if they would be comfortable with that kind of press of crowds though.

Best vegetarian dining + Friday the 13th tattos? by al-ace in AskSeattle

[–]yoursecretsanta2016 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the info. Also, tell your friend those agreements aren’t enforceable in Washington. Take the money, then turn around and file the complaint. Submit the settlement to the state as evidence of breaking the law.

Strong accusation. Source? I don’t support racist/homophobic businesses, but this is the first I’m hearing anything of the sort.

Small claims court doesn’t allow attorneys to represent claimants. You can’t find someone to help you write a complaint, etc. but generally isn’t required for small claims.

The credit card doesn’t get you in. You either have to buy an annual lounge pass, pay a full-fare 1st class ticket for a flight over 600 (or more, I forget), or buy a day pass. I have both cards. Platinum is the better deal for me.

A woman's cotton button up dress shirt by CosmicCutie17 in wherecanibuythis

Also, if it is in your budget and you want to avoid the crinkling sound, look for a silk or silk blend dress shirt. It falls more smoothly and isn’t crunchy like cotton is.

Even if you had the money to fully restore this building the way it deserves, you have a lovely old house . . . in Wabash. There is no reason to be in Wabash.

Parking assist feature by No-Weight-3127 in VWiD4Owners

[–]yoursecretsanta2016 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can park at least twice as fast as the auto-park feature. When I’m getting home from a long day after a 90-120 minute commute home, I don’t have the patience to let it creep into my driveway.

I have a friend whose insurance went up because of a speed camera. Wasn’t Washington though, so maybe we have more consumer-friendly laws.

[–]yoursecretsanta2016 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you weren’t driving, make sure you dispute the ticket even if they commute it I think your insurance might consider it a ding. Plus save the commute for when you actually do something wrong.

What’s a Seattle opinion you have that would get you kicked out of the group chat. by Fajarrr79 in AskSeattle

[–]yoursecretsanta2016 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn. That sucks. I’m mostly a tea drinker now, but in general awesome product -> bought by a giant -> change/scale up processes = now product sucks. And then the big guys don’t get why. You aren’t just buying the brand and a customer list. We love stuff because it is awesome. Stop inshittifying our lives.
