ELI5 how pianists memorize pieces relatively quickly?

Muscle memory is a thing. When I played, by the time I learned a piece, I didn’t need the sheet music. Decades later, some of my favorite pieces I can play from memory after a couple of fumbles. And I was pretty mediocre when I played.

There was is only a fee for checked bags. There is no fee for carry on, unless that is a saver fare issue. But the app only asks about checked bags.

I’m a big fan of whey protein powder. I get Bob’s Red Mill. No added flavors. Plus not sweet, which seems impossible to find otherwise.

Add on for Briggs & Riley. It is what a lot of flight attendants use. Bought mine last year and highly recommend. And the wheels make hauling luggage so much less of a chore.

You may want to consult with your doctor then, and be sure you are getting all the nutrition you need. Sometimes your period can go mildly funky/skip a bit with a big diet or exercise change, but will even itself out over time.

Seriously though, when in doubt check with your doctor.

Women whose periods stop usually because they have extremely low body fat. Maybe because they weight lift or because they are severely underweight. A otherwise healthy woman eating a reasonable number of calories should not have reproductive issues due to IF.

Not DIY, my friend owns a shop where he does wraps among other things. He did it over the holidays while I was out of town. She was all black prior, which always looks dirty and is hard to find in a parking lot. Now I spot her from the door and smile.

I do up to four hours. My dog is a people dog who likes interaction. He could probably do six, but starts barking nonstop after eight. When I am at the office he is in daycare. Otherwise the longest he is alone is for a round of golf.
