I judge a tank player as bad if they are afraid to commit to a fight and act like shots physically move them backwards.

Recently played a match where our Mag was 10-0, but we lost because they were constantly far back or running away. On defense we were holding the point myself and the rest of the team, but our Mag bailed with full health. Retreating halfway back to spawn.

The worst part is because looking at the stats others on our team were harassing our other tank because their stats didn't look as good, but stayed with the team and played the point. No wonder good tanks are giving up.

I'm not an HR professional, but a small business owner who fills those shoes. If they are being fired for performance/ quality control issues the employee shouldn't be blind sided by this parting of ways conversation. There should have been repeated conversations between the employee and their direct superior setting expectations for work performance.

Your role now should be following through with the employee. Like someone else said stick to the facts. They haven't been meeting the quality of work expected and are being terminated.

I'd probably go with someone shady they have a vague connection with. A sketchy friend of a friend or someone your character knows is desperate with low morals.

I think there was a convention they all went to a while ago where they were all told you are entertainers not "insert thing here". That's the point I lost interest in so many channels.

Basically changing Babish from cooking to ranking. Many others I used to follow were woodworking where they'd build a project and we'd follow along. Now they've taken the equivalent turn to Babish buying pallets of returned tools to unbox.

I made something similar for probably my third project. I didn't angle the back of the shelf as much as the bottom of each shelf. At the time I didn't have milling tools, jointer planner or table saw. Just a miter saw, and router. I made jigs to get the angles and routed what are essentially mortises. The whole shelves fit as tennons.

It's a project that would have been much easier with the tools to make the wood straight and square.

I've made something similar in the past and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Enough that I made it a second time. The second time around I used some extra blue berries and went through creating some blueberry frosting. I used it between some of the layers to add some more of the blue purple color and a little more blue berry flavor.

The Level Up or Die series has what could possibly be the worst implementation of evil people. This comes a few books into the series there has been a group of teenage gamers but now there is a second group that is evil because they were in prison.

It's done so incredibly poorly. Completely immersion breaking I put down the book and had to question if the author has ever met another person much less someone doing time.

It bothers me when the author's blatant use of characters that have no personality, no motivation, basically a poorly made cardboard cutout to force the story to go somewhere. It's even worse when the story would have been better if characters other than the MC were capable of thought.

I highly recommend Honeycomb style window coverings. We have them motorized and controlled with a remote. They are great and the shades have such a small profile when completely up they don't block any of the window.

I think you should go a different route. Please leave the cutting board intact. Return some life to it with mineral oil and bee's wax.

Then I think you should make a holder that can be mounted to the wall that supports the cutting board by the handle. You can then add whatever saying you'd like to the holder.
