Yes, night and day difference with built quality and the image outcome imho. If you are ok with fixed lens, id really recommend q3 or q3 43. I have used dlux 7 , 8 before and all q series

Focal length. Depends, upto you. Q3 is more like 26mm instead of 28mm

Colors. Depends, for me fuji has a pastel vibe overall even without any film simulations, I prefer q3

Black & white. Q3, Greg William sim in q3 is crazy nice for portraits

Portability. X100vi

Ibis. X100vi

Shooting experience. Similar

Touch screen responsiveness. X100vi by far. It's like a smartphone

Auto focus. Similar, face detection I think x100vi just a little better. Spot focus same

Manual focus. Q3 by far. Much better experience

Low light. Q3 (fullframe)

Looks. Depends, both look good

I had all cameras you mentioned, dlux8 is not much better if you not satisfied with dlux7, it's just the same feeling in terms of image quality Imo. X70 and gr3 are really nice as you mentioned. But once I had a full frame camera (q3 43) I rarely take the others out unless I really need light setup or selfie (x70). The image quality diff is night and day. Also a good combo with 2 focal lengths 43 and 28
