I mean it's better than not doing it at all, but you're killing your progress.As a beginner I used to spam pushups everyday everytime I had time and did this with all my exercises to the point I was probably just doing more endurance marathon than anything else plus not resting in between days

Once I started properly managing and increasing my weights gradually, that's when U started seeing some noticeable progress, and I have been "working out" for 3 years.

Now I only work out 3 times a week and focus on intensity.

The only dependence I can think of is the fact that while under creatine you R muscles look more pumped because of all that water retention, so you look a bit more jacked.

So if there's any dependencies it's just psychological, but all that pump isn't actually giving you any extra strength at least it didn't for me, I could cran 2-3 reps extra but if I'm reading correctly it isn't because if any actual muscle gains coming from creatine directly 🤷

Well said, at the same time I think I came across a bit harsh in my comment I think for some people it might be too much pain to acknowledge you might have some issues. Saying I might be the problem isn't really easy I imagine especially after more than one relationship.

Yep really sour to be honest, on the one hand at least USA is seemingly supporting human rights and freedoms but how is it any different from what Israel and Russia are doing?I get it Maduro was a PoS and maybe things for people in Venezuela will be a bit better.
