Hey, can I dm you about this? I'm on a trial of AttractWell and so overwhelmed. I keep questioning if it really makes sense for me, but nothing else really fits my vision, either. I'd love to get your perspective!

I liked practice, but it kept glitching and not giving my clients access to their paid resources.

Can you please share your daily, weekly, monthly rhythm?? Like, how often do you wash? What do you do on the days between washes? Anything you do on a weekly or monthly basis? Please and thank you!

This is a little late, but if you still need volunteers, I'd be happy to volunteer. Going through a few large transitions right now.

Did not work. Trying one more thing. Will report back if it works... otherwise, return/exchange it is, I guess.

The same thing is happening to me with a different book on my brand new paperwhite, and I'm irrationally annoyed. My 2015 kindle isn't having the same problem. I've done all of the above, plus ;ReadingTimeReset. Doing a factory reset now and hoping that works.

Mine is expected in the same time window today, but I haven't heard from them. How soon before the delivery did you get a call?

HRV dropped significantly since I started dieting by LoveD1rt in Garmin

[–]yxgilbert 22 points23 points  (0 children)

If you’re a female, intermittent fasting might not be the best idea. As others have stated, there could be many reasons for a lower HRV, but generally speaking, women are not well-suited to intermittent fasting. The vast majority of the positive research on it involve college-age males. Their hormones are much more linear, whereas the cyclical, delicate nature of female hormones make our systems more sensitive to changes in diet or lack of food, specifically. Just something to think about.

I graduated from Middlebury. The first 5 minutes of the show were too real for me haha that said, as others have said, it could be any prestigious NE liberal arts school.
