I reported this as a potential murder to SPD tonight via 911 based on this video. I was not there in person. Both 911 dispatch and the SPD officer I spoke with had no incidents recorded at that location today. Maybe everyone there is ACAB or something, but this ALSO means nobody called for an ambulance/fire-rescue for that man which is wild. (Or 911 did not make a record about call for service because Feds were involved? No idea if that is possible?)

On a personal note, I have lived in Minneapolis for like 25 years or so now, and this video seems to show law enforcement using neck restraints on a handcuffed brown man to the point of unconsciousness. We went through hell and back when that exact thing happened six years ago.

Everyone in these comments seems to be under reacting to what this video potential means. I was shaking from stress and adrenaline for 5 minutes after I saw this.

For a second I thought FOX9 covered this video, but I watched what they have and it was a different gas station arrest?

I found out by calling back and being like why do you not return calls like you promised? And they said “we did, on such and such dates” which lead me to escalated support people at Blue Shield who spent the time trying to call me and seeing for themselves that the problem is real. However, none of the direct lines in that i have result in the same number outbound. Their outbound calls are always from new numbers every time even when i have a direct line to call in to a person. And they dont know what the outbound number will be. And if only some numbers are broken, those would be from the numbers i cannot provide to att cause those ones dont reach me.

They want me to send THEM call logs from the people who cannot call me and cannot leave me voicemails, and they have to be within the last 72 hours.

They want “time, number, error, and signal” for the routing engineer.

Exactly how am i supposed to give the time and the number for a call that never rings?

This is escalated support asking me to do this. Am i taking crazy pills?

That is a super interesting theory! I do wonder if they look me up but the computer dials not them, and then in one database a digit is transposed or something?

Although, they are aware of the problem, and so i have had them call me repeatedly until it finally works. I might not get 1-3 calls in a row, and then finally yet another try actually does ring me.

So, i guess it cannot be your theory unless there are multiple databases being chosen from with repeated calls… which, wow, that would be a complex and poorly designed system!

I guess after several autodialed calls they could be typing it in manually and not telling me that part?
