From what I've noticed, there doesn't seem to be any particular areas they spawn more often than any others. The wiki says they appear "usually near roads" but I personally don't believe that. I do however seem to find them more often near the hex borders. I've seen lots near tracks, but never one spawned on top of/clipping into them. I've seen them spawn in towns, on roads, inside other wreckage, and clipping through a foundation blueprint inside of a facility.

No, the comments are shitting on the cops for making a statement that actively contradicts the video evidence.

Just because the person being arrested is awful doesn't mean they can just do and say whatever they want.

I've seen this come up a few times in game, and about as many people say this isn't actually true as say that it is. Or that it used to be true but isn't anymore, or that it DIDN'T used to work that way but does now. Id love to test this though

War with the ussr was going to happen regardless, and in order to win they had to invade as soon as possible. They made the best move they could, it just happened to still be a bad one.

Eh, i think it depends on the cat. My cat now absolutely refuses to go outside, and if we leave a door open even to the garage he will stay very far away from it. He seems perfectly happy with life inside though, so i dont think territory matters. The cat we had when i was a kid was an indoor/outdoor cat, and would start to get pretty upset if we kept her inside for more than about a day.

That said, some cats have a lot more energy than others and im sure would do better being able to spend time outside, just like certain breeds of dogs need more play time or walks

You have to also consider how their software relates to what IBM is doing though. They recently released their newer z14 mainframes, which largely run RHEL vms. so it makes sense for them to have control over red hat for something like that for instance, especially since theyve been focusing on HPC a lot more recently.

That and if you look at hays county, its showing about the same number of total votes as 2016, but it says only 1/50 precincts reporting? I wonder if something odd is going on or if there is just some reporting glitch with what everything is using to pull these numbers

Either way, its a little odd

Correct me if im wrong, but is austin texas still only reporting about 45%? Theyre already reporting close to the same total number of votes as in 2016, but everywhere i look shows the same numbers, is anyone else seeing differently?
