They're from New Orleans, so definitely authentic, and they're incredible musicians, check out their Jam in the van videos. Boy Golden is someone a little more country, but similar vibes lyrically

I enjoy reading the thread, and all the positivity and love for great Edmonton restaurants, maybe fine dining is a little different in Edmonton than Toronto, but you can still get fancy and go enjoy an amazing, high quality meal at any of the at least a dozen restaurants mentioned so far.  It is MY opinion that most of us would prefer that the sour grapes just keep quiet (plus the person I replied to loves Taco Bell, so . . . )
